Abstract

This study analyzed the level of integration of digital technologies among primary school teachers, as well as their perception of pedagogical impact and training needs. A quantitative descriptive approach was employed through a questionnaire to assess technological competencies, integration practices, and associated barriers. The results indicate a frequent use of basic digital tools and virtual educational platforms; however, their implementation to address diverse learning styles and digital assessment remains limited and not fully systematic. Teachers reported a positive perception of the impact of ICT on student motivation, participation, and academic performance. Nevertheless, only a minority feel fully prepared, which highlights the need for continuous professional development. The main limitations identified are related to inadequate infrastructure and limited institutional support. In conclusion, although teachers have made progress in the adoption of technology, it is essential to strengthen training processes and improve structural conditions in order to achieve more effective and sustainable pedagogical integration.
