Promoting healthy living in the classrooms of the normal school

Abstract

This document presents a systematization of experience that stems from the implementation of a workshop conducted with fellow teachers from various Teacher Training Institutions (IFD), in which aspects such as the following were addressed: theoretical references that support the promotion of this topic, so that later, through playful and dynamic activities, the opportunity is provided to put into play various alternatives to keep student teachers in a favorable and suitable environment to generate the work that each course requires; remembering that healthy living must begin with the teaching staff of teacher training colleges, the objective is to: Analyze the impact achieved through the workshop implemented for teachers from various IFD, reviewing the activities carried out, strategies, evidence, and relevant results for Promoting a healthy lifestyle in teacher training classrooms. The methodology used was the systematization of information, as well as an evaluation instrument with a Likert-type scale.
