The project “Education for the Physical and Mental Well-being of High School Students” was carried out at the Bicentenario Campus of the EBA-UAQ with fourth- and sixth-semester students. It addressed the need to promote a Culture of Peace and integral well-being in school contexts affected by various issues. Through workshops, physical and artistic activities, and spaces for reflection, certain values were promoted. The methodological approach was based on action-research and on the contributions of authors such as Galtung, Lederach, Muñoz, and Bisquerra. The participating students reflected on the topics addressed from a personal, relational, and structural perspectives. The results showed a strengthened awareness regarding the culture of peace, rejections of violence, and the importance of physical well-being in school coexistence. The project strengthened student participation in the school environment; therefore, it is recommended that these types of activities be permanently integrated into the educational curriculum.
